Our mission is to encourage community participation to encourage the involvement of people in a community in projects to solve their own problems.
To invest and develop skills of individuals so that they become independent and are able to grow and sustain themselves without being a burden to their community.
Community participation can be loosely defined as the involvement of people in a commu- nity in projects to solve their own problems.
We develop the community’s expertise and target to them support by clustering projects in four particular areas of social action: young people; disabled people; vulnerable families; and retired and older people.
Our Vision is to create a society where everyone has an opportunity in the community to grow and learn at their own pace .
Our volunteer programmes help to improve health and wellbeing; build stronger, more inclusive communities; and achieve lasting results.
We believe that everyone can play a role in their community and should have the chance to participate; we build projects and programmes to reflect this. We focus on the needs of four distinct communities; young people, skills development , skills stansfer and enablement for those that need additional and extra learning
